@ClayTravis I’m 45 and I can do 225 for 15 reps. I’ve always trained with high reps, nothing less than 12 reps for me. Workout chest twice a week, and warm up with 20 reps with 145. Bump it up to to whatever you can do for 15 reps. Lastly bump it up to whatever you can rep 12 times.
