This is the second week of the wait from @Nedbank car insurance. I have been trying to call them regarding my claim but no response, it as if no one works there. The rings but no answer. I’ve been calling since Monday every morning and still no answer.

My car was stolen and recovered, I use it for work and daily use. I’ll understand if there was feedback regarding delays etc but there is zero communication. Worse they wouldn’t allow me to fix the car and send invoice even after they had done their own inspection.
