Well sheeet, if @jeffreytumlin makes our streets Kid Safe, then we are going to have to hang up our bollards and retire to Miami. In the meantime, we just signed the petition at https://t.co/974HmARKLo and you should too
Meet Langston & his father Evan, residents of @DeanPreston’s district 5. They LOVE #KidSafeJFK❤️
“It’s one of the places where I can bring my kids, and let them be kids”
Help SF kids like Langston stay safe in the park. Sign the petition now: https://t.co/zWvbxgYCRr
Every parklet represents an opportunity for a protected lane. Narrow the roadway. Slow traffic. Reclaiming space for people, from the dominant, dangerous cars. We wish @jeffreytumlin’s @sfmta_muni would seize this moment 😴😔But if they won’t, we will
@heylauragao@sfbike@sfmta_muni@sfgov What business was this in front of? Near what intersection? All of Valencia needs to be car free or have protected lanes @HillaryRonen@RafaelMandelman Valencia street is our city’s 2nd busiest bike street and a high injury corridor (one of our city’s most deadly streets)
Exciting to see more San Francisco neighbors taking urgent street safety improvements into their own hands with tactical urbanism. We salute & support you!
Last night we installed a protected bike lane on the 6-lane Fell highway. Today @sfmta_muni removed safety infrastructure that created safe physical distancing from the crowded panhandle path. We’ve always needed protected lanes on Fell & Oak. Now it is more urgent than ever!
