National Coming Out Day!
Everyone should feel safe, supported and loved for being who they are. Today in particular we want to celebrate when those in the LGBTQIA+ community that are able to openly be themselves and highlight the work that needs to be done so that others can too.
We all have Mental Health. Take the time to check in with yourselves and each other. Donโt be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help when you need it! We can work together to overcome stigma and support each other.
