@AmericanAir Wow. Two days of awful travel and customer service. Paid to upgrade seats upfront. Seat changes on delays/gates, no refunds. No hotel or meal voucher. And your customer service at DFW for baggage is laughable. Ten hours of you want your bags. So no bags overnight.
