@NZInlandRevenue I haven't been able to log into MyIR for the past month. When I click on log in, I get a loading screen that never loads. Ive tried different browsers (chrome, safari) and clearing my history and cookies but no luck. Can you advise?

@flyscoot Hi Scoot team, my booking reference is L3B5NL. Booked Feb 12. The travel date is July 15, 2020. I would like a refund as the Australian Border has been closed and will remain so for 6 months. No success getting through to your call centre. I would prefer refund over voucher.
