@EmergingSocial1 #CO575 in this weeks lecture we discussed the potential threats, specifically towards women, that come with deepfakes and deepnudes. Even if the victim’s actual body isn’t exposed, bc of its striking realism Deepfakes can be used as a means of revenge porn.

@EmergingSocial1 #co575 online dating has always had its stigmas but I think that has really changed with the pandemic. With everyone having to quarantine, dating apps became people’s main/only outlet for dating. It is far less frowned upon now to date online than it was before.
