Things I’ve learned this year. Take ego and pride out of decision making, of everything. Still your mind as often as possible. Develop a larger and long term strategy that addresses second and third order consequences as well as maintaining a culture the whole team can enjoy.

compliments on your appearance are cool‚ but when someone compliments you as a person, the way your mind works‚ the way you carry yourself‚ your laugh, how peaceful your energy feels, and how gorgeous your heart is – those are TOP TIER compliments...they just hit different.
