@TMobile CS resolution was for me to renew and buy new phones @99 each + 15 a month that was the 5th rep I talked to final offer made to me

I've been with @TMobile for four years, first cell phone provider I paid on my own, even added my wife to the acct 2 years ago.

So contract ends tomorrow @TMobile refused to offer me something better than a Comet to replace my device even though it was in warranty
