@DorotheaLange18 Exactly! That's what I've been doing as the leader of the #AFL. I see no reason why you are accusing me earlier of being responsible for the deaths of thousands of people.
My fellow #cigarmakers and I received education while we were in our work environment. It encouraged us to have economic discussions. This is why I value highly skilled workers so much.
The #AFL is in full support of the #ChineseExclusionAct. We shamelessly admit that we are responsible for organizing #laborboycotts of cigars made by chinese workers.
As you can see from my recent tweets, the AFL and I are open about being against #immigrants. I see no better solution for improving #wages and #workingconditions.
@DorotheaLange18 the situation of #migrants and the #DustBowl is terrible indeed. The #AFL is working on improving the conditions of skilled and professional workers.
What is the purpose of #laborunions if we keep taking in #immigrants? More of them will be employed than the citizens, as they are willing to work for #lowwages. This obviously encourages employers more to give low wage, and is against the AFL's purpose.
@FolletAPUSH2018 Nonetheless, it reduces the number of unskilled workers entering the country. Immigration makes #employers use cheaper #immigrantlabor. Like I said before, this eventually leads to the reduction of wages.
