#EDTE3404 was diverse in the delivery strategies, and helped me to realise that education on a whole and more so assessment and evaluation can be done more creatively than the archaic manner still used. It was an exciting and thought provoking course. @AndreaVeira5

#EDTE3404 I believe teacher appraisals are needed in the Caribbean so that teachers instructions are inclusive, relevant and technology integrated. It also ensures accountability on students' learning and progress. @AndreaVeira5 @TadianJWong @DornellCarty

I would say the term "professionals" is taken seriously in England with their structured teacher training programme, in comparison to that in Antigua. The induction period before fully being recognised as a teacher should be adopted here.@AndreaVeira5 @TadianJWong

With the STEM programme in Canada there was a plan as to the end result of this initiative, leading into the workforce; however closer to home the initiative seemed to have been adopted but with no clear plan as to the next step after implementation. #EDTE3404 @AndreaVeira5
