My mind, body, and soul is my garden. Planted with seeds of love, promise, and hope. I harvest often to share my yields, and inspire others to plant themselves and bloom 🌱🌺🌞
Kauai diaries:
The smell of fermenting guava
The sound of falling palm frawns
Cold outdoor showers
Birds chirping through the night
Living with geckos
Bamboo stands creaking in the wind
Eating papaya from the tree
Saving sheep
Being free
No Wi-Fi and no electricity
I don’t really talk about my life as a business owner, entrepreneur, whatever you like to call it. I don’t fully resonate with everything related to business as it can be in disharmony with natures systems. Busy-ness, I enjoy being busy but also love going slow, like nature!
When I finally have time to kill in Denver and get to go to this sandwich shop that I’ve been stalking on Instagram for a while and it tastes just like I imagined
😂🤤
I love introducing people to raw milk…it’s like the forbidden milk that society has attempted to deem as “dangerous” to consume. It is sooo much more delicious and in most places you can only get it directly from the farmers. This is your sign to try raw milk.
Kauai is so sleepy. Hair stays frizzy, all ways green, albatross resting. The Limahuli Valley means ‘turning hands’. I’m turning my hands to my heart and to the earth. Digging deep to turn the soil beneath.
