@ASOS my order tracking states my parcel has been delivered to an @evri_parcel locker. However Evri haven’t sent me any notification of delivery nor the barcode! Where is this? Have Evri lost my parcel again with their shocking service? #watchdog

@AdmiralUK@AdmiralUK I couldn’t log onto my app as it’s saying you’ve cancelled my policy! I’m outraged. I spoke to your horrendous agent on Sunday to cancel a claim and he’s gone and cancelled my entire policy. Sort this immediately, and I demand compensation for the stress you’ve caused.
@HodaAndJenna @Wayfair Tried ordering through PayPal and order was deliberately rejected by Wayfair. Wayfair advised I pay by card…scammers! The reason for using PayPal was so I could get a refund on my returns postage if I had to return my order, or Wayfair would have charged me £20! The cheek.
@DunelmUK@KatiePiper_ Awful service from @DunelmUK Collected my order and was given 8 out of 9 items and brushed off. I requested my missing item. Waited 25 mins whilst 3 different advisors couldn’t find my order. Got a backache waiting so requested a refund. Only got told excuses but no compensation
@gymking_@gymking at long last refunding me, but only for half the items I returned. I’m £63 short. Absolute joke. The amount of stress you’ve put me through is unbelievable. Sort it out otherwise I’ll be raising a case through PayPal tomorrow.

@superdrug are a complete joke and liars. Placed an order Next Day delivery, 18 days later got no notification and still waiting. Went in store and it wasn’t there. Then I raise it with them to be told it should be in store with a measly fake apology. #boycottsuperdrug

@Zaheera_CI@TheRangeUK@BBCWatchdog Not from the Range. I ended up getting PayPal to sort it out but they didn’t cooperate with them either! So PayPal sided with me and reimbursed the money.
@TheRangeUK To everyone struggling to get refunds from these thief’s. Raise a case with PayPal (if you paid that way) or your bank within 30 days of purchase. They’re likely to sort it out for you.

@TheRangeUK I have now received an email from a Matt who has said the item has been returned so he’s closing the ticket, but the item is with me! I demand an update as to what’s going on and when I will receive an exchange and compensation for being messed around.
@TheRangeUK I’m at a dead end with getting a resolution or even acknowledgment for my complaint raised over 2 weeks ago for the damaged furniture. Even the local store manager couldn’t get an answer. This is absolutely disgusting. I phoned the customer number and nobody answers.
