Evyatar David aveva solo 22 anni quando è stato rapito da Hamas e imprigionato nei tunnel bui e stretti di Gaza. Amava il surf, la libertà del mare, la vita. Il 7 ottobre 2023 è stato sequestrato dai terroristi che, secondo Francesca Albanese, dobbiamo comprendere. E da allora è scomparso nei meandri sotterranei di Gaza.
L’ultimo video diffuso lo mostra ridotto pelle e ossa, costretto a torso nudo, visibilmente emaciato. Con un filo di voce racconta di essere stato obbligato a scavarsi la fossa. Cosa ci dice di tutto ciò Francesca Albanese? Dietro di lui, un calendario improvvisato: ogni giorno segnato con la scritta “niente cibo”. Un diario della fame, della tortura, dell’annientamento.
Questo è Hamas. Non libertà, non resistenza, non giustizia, non “bella ciao”, non democrazia. Solo barbarie, prigionia, disumanità, violenza, negazione di ogni diritto umano.
Evyatar è uno dei tanti ostaggi dimenticati dall’ipocrisia di piazze che sventolano bandiere palestinesi ma tacciono sul destino dei giovani sequestrati, affamati e torturati. Nessuno ha protestato per loro. E chi osa chiederne la liberazione viene insultato. Come è accaduto al sindaco umiliato da Francesca Albanese, la paladina di Hamas.

A quanto pare, nel sistema ONU, ci sono rifugiati di Serie A… e poi ci sono “i figli di nessuno”.

Lo status di rifugiato palestinese è eterno. Nessun resettlement, nessuna fine. Solo una paralisi politica utile a qualcuno.

UNRWA: unica agenzia ONU dedicata a un solo popolo. 30.000 dipendenti (quasi tutti palestinesi). Nessun altro ha questo “privilegio”.

Gaza: il territorio più assistito al mondo per metro quadro. ONG, giornalisti, ONU… ma niente Stato, niente pace.

Finanziamento pro capite altissimo. Eppure si grida alla carestia.

Qualcosa non torna. E lo sappiamo tutti.
