Happy #CommonwealthDay to 2.4 billion citizens around the world. 2 years ago, I addressed the Commonwealth on their 70th anniversary. I called for us to protect 30% of the world's oceans by 2030. From South Africa to India to New Zealand, protecting our oceans MUST be a priority.
