@NYCTBus operator of bus 9653 skipped west kingsbridge and Sedgwick in front of the VA hospital she was stop a by traffic and a red light still by the stop when ask why she didn’t stop she replied she didn’t care passengers can walk to the next stop or walk instead .

@MTA @MTAbusNews Bus operator of bus 9653 completely skipped the west kingsbridge road and Sedgwick and stop just a few steps ahead on a red light when I passenger knock on her door and ask her why she skipped the stop she reply she didn’t care that if they want to walk .
