If you don't have a strong core to yourself, you're a doughnut. There's nothing wrong with being a doughnut, people love doughnuts. But you do risk getting gobbled up by people.
Nothing shows you how quickly you want out of something like going for a MRI. Get in the jammies, get the IV in, lay on the table, no issues. Get in that tube however and you will find a way to crawl out with your spine while chant screaming "Nope" to everyone in the building.
@AlysssaHazel Given how often autocorrect may change crouch to crotch, the algorhytmn probably just thought that was normal. Whereas using a word to describe the gluteous maximus that is commonly shortened to Butt is too much for it. For it does not apparently like large postierors.
...she will throw down in knock down drag off fights and win. Pam bites, scratches, punches, kicks and chucks rubbing alcohol in faces before cracking things over the killer's head. And after all that, she still plans a dinner party. The Norths are badasses. 3/3
You know, when people talk about strong female characters, they tend to go for the warrior types. You know, your Red Sonjas, or Xena's, or Wonder Womans and such. But I think they should look to unconventional examples. Such as Pamela North of Mr. & Mrs. North. 1/3
Why Pam North you ask? She's just the sometimes scatterbrained wife of a mystery duo, how is she a strong female character? Let me tell you why. Pam North REGULARLY stands in front of killers, explains why they are lying, and doesn't flinch. And when that doesn't work...2/3
Daddy's Deadly Secret (2024) seems to show the flaw of Lifetime mystery movies. It's not the confusing plot, or the weird dialogue. It's the many times when the heroine could have solved it by cracking a chair over the killer's head I mean, it's right there! USE THE CHAIR!
So I found out yesterday that Cats!: The Jellical Ball exists? It's basically just Cats! but set to a different music style, and using more drag show esthetics. Which hey, cool, I'm sure ALW loves the fresh revenue stream. When I heard the name, I just thought it was a new thing.
The hard part of looking at sales on digital games is fighting the urge to buy things. I mean, for just $10 I can play a dinosaur rebuilding a town? That's just temptation on toast with a side of frugal fruit spread.
Bloodshot (2020) is, eh. It's alright. It felt like a part of the story was missing, but it was alright. If I was more of a fan of the character I might be miffed. I will say though the nanite SFX is amazing looking.
Ok, got up and got groceries before the outside world turns into A HELL SAUNA!!(I'm old, I can't handle heat like that no mo'). Now to shower and stay in as refrigerated an area as I can stand.
The Boroughs is, eh. If you liked Stranger Things, you might like it. I didn't so it's not for me. What I have seen gives my Poltergeist vibes, and this feeling it will have an unsatisfying ending. If it even has an ending.
