If MLS as a single entity allows franchises to sell players, then does MLS receive any portion of the transfer fees? And if so how is Reggie Cannon allowed to go to another MLS team other than FCD if Boa Vista never paid his transfer fees? Shouldn’t have FCD retained his rights?
