@Seitz_Unseen Forgot to mention that I think the bigger part of the problem is that our overall Beds to Population ratio in hospitals is really bad so the hospitals filled quickly.

@Seitz_Unseen I agree that it's dumb to rescind the order, but I think too many people are giving Newsome flak for it. California is still doing better off per-1000 than a lot of other states, and our worst counties are insanely dense too.

Just when I think twitter is doing a good job at getting better with things, I learn about someone close to me dealing with harassment that makes me doubt anything has changed. How does someone get unbanned and isn't rebanned who has and again is doxxing someone?

@RealNateKeiper But will it ever have a full crowd for a football game? I'm not convinced Vegas will pull fans for the Raiders once in-person games start again. Even with not having to pay for the stadium, I'm not convinced they will make more money in Vegas than Oakland.

Alright, this is getting annoying. Can we stop talking is if the rotating blackouts only about grid reliability and talk about the fact that it's more related to profits? Municipal/Government Utilities are not subject to these Blackouts, that alone should be a big reg flag 1/2

@pheenoh This feels like a management cash grab. Someone probably got the analytics that servers without partner get boosted to get things like vanity url. I bet these smaller partner type servers are the type they determined most likely to be new revenue.

@Xfinity With how dependent we all are on the internet right now with the stay at home. It would be nice to be able to see some sort of incident report or root cause when an outage does happen even if it is only 30 minutes.

@Xfinity seems like everything but your own outage map says there’s a major outage right now in the Bay Area.

@Xfinity I was for about 30 minutes. It just started working again. My modem sat for about 20 minutes trying to get a connection again after a power cycle.
