@IRCTCofficial why is 17614 delayed regularly? What is the use of this train if it doesn't serve it purpose? Please enlighten the reason for regular delay since last 2 months.

@LenskartSupport@Lenskart_com@peyushbansal today was suposed to be a delivery for 4th product. It was a replacement happening for the 4th time and the store team is not updating the tracking details. Most horrible way of customer service and resolving concerns.

@peyushbansal could you please assign someone to look into this? Dont want to visit your store where customers are asked to search for the replacement in other stores. I had to visit 4 stores myself to look for a replacement.
Both @KotakBankLtd and @kotakneo are the biggest disappointment I've ever faced in my life. Their nodal officers give false promises to such an extent. @udaykotak sir, It's a disgrace to see your legacy getting ruined by these poor product handlers whom you call CEOs.
