If a deployment setup requires a retry, the system automatically surfaces the existing on chain agentId instead of creating duplicate registrations, and every single confirmed identity links directly to BaseScan for instant verification.

We have implemented absolute risk and cost protection for public scaling. The gas estimator now strictly enforces a per agent hard ceiling so that network spike protection is completely automatic, if the combined base fee and priority fee exceeds your configured maximum, the transaction is safely held until conditions improve. The x402 spend pipeline is fully enforced with a per call USD cap, a rolling 24 hour daily limit, and an automatic agent pause if the rolling spend crosses your threshold, making cost overruns structurally impossible.
