I went through all five of Rev’s videos on the Deme situation and pulled direct quotes to show how biased and dishonest his coverage has been.

Here’s the breakdown:

1. Rev’s Claim: Deme is a massive hypocrite for setting an NSFW boundary

Rev’s words (from “You’re A Hypocrite”):

“the hypocrisy people are attempting to point out is the fact that literally the next post was her reposting very suggestive art of her VTuber model.”

Counter:

Deme never said she was against all sexy or suggestive art. She specifically said she was uncomfortable with full-blown adult/penetrative content of her model. Rev (and Chibi) keep pretending like any suggestive art = “full NSFW.”

That’s a deliberate misrepresentation. Deme has every right to set that boundary. The real issue is that Chibi and his cult turned a simple boundary into a week-long harassment campaign instead of just respecting it.

2. Rev’s Claim: Deme took a disgusting low blow at Chibi and is a “mean girl”

Rev’s words (multiple videos):

“she would instead mock him for being cheated on… bringing up the lowest moment of that guy’s life”

Counter:
Yes, Deme clapped back. Was it a low blow? She even admitted it was in her apology. But Rev completely ignores why it happened. Chibi didn’t just politely criticize her he called her a virtue signaler and refused to respect her boundary. Deme responded emotionally after days of harassment from his cult.

Meanwhile, Rev barely mentions Chibi’s actual history:
Ran a $17k GiveSendGo grift for a lawsuit he never filed

Posted racist memes and gave out the N-word pass

Repeatedly made transphobic and misogynistic comments

Weaponizes his own trauma while attacking other people

Rev wants you to believe Chibi is some innocent victim who just got unfairly attacked. That’s not what happened.

3. Rev’s Claim: Deme’s apology was fake / a non-apology

Rev’s words (from “Deme Finally ‘Apologized’”):

“this is the most non-apology apology you’ll ever see… she is not taking any accountability”

Direct quote from Deme’s apology (which Rev downplays):

“I am sorry. I’m sorry for bringing up a memory that made someone suicidal.

It was a low blow even if I didn’t know… I don’t want to stoop to his level. I rather be better and learn from my mistakes.”

She owned it. She called it a low blow. She said she wants to be better. Rev is just mad she didn’t completely erase the fact that she still thinks Chibi is a piece of shit. You can apologize for hitting below the belt and still think someone is a terrible person.

4. Rev farming the drama for content

This is the most obvious part. Rev has now made five long videos on this situation. He’s been milking every single tweet, Discord message, and reply for views while pretending to be a neutral commentator.

From his own videos, he keeps saying things like:
“this has been a 4 day long crash out” “she has doubled, tripled, and even quadrupled down”

He’s not analyzing the situation in good faith. He’s farming it. Every new post from Deme = another video for him. Meanwhile, he gives Chibi a massive pass on his actual toxic behavior (the grift, racism, transphobia, etc.).

5. Rev ignoring context and twisting Deme’s words
Across the videos, Rev repeatedly frames Deme as this unhinged “mean girl” who attacked Chibi for no reason.

He barely acknowledges that:

Chibi started the conflict by attacking her boundary

Deme was dealing with coordinated harassment from Chibi’s cult for days

She eventually reflected and apologized

Rev wants the narrative to be “Deme bad, Chibi victim.” The reality is much more complicated, and Rev is deliberately simplifying it to farm outrage.

Final takeaway:

Rev isn’t doing journalism here. He’s farming drama. He’s made five videos on this while downplaying or ignoring Chibi’s long history of toxicity and giving Deme zero benefit of the doubt.

This really pisses me off. Rev has now made five long videos on this situation. He’s been milking every single post, every single reply, every single Discord message for content. He’s been doing the exact same thing he accuses Deme of doing farming engagement off drama.

Deme has been dragged, smeared, and harassed for over a week because of him and his cult. Rev is out here acting like she’s the problem while conveniently ignoring Chibi’s long history of grifting, racism, and toxicity.

Deme made a low blow. She owned it and apologized. Chibi is still a grifting, racist, transphobic, drama-farming who started this entire mess. Rev is just using the situation for content.

I watched all five videos. The bias is blatant. Deme was justified in calling Chibi out. The only person who should be embarrassed here is Chibi… and the people still defending him.
