Shadow M1 is live: mandate checks before USDC moves, ALLOW/BLOCK receipts, and bonded enforcement on Arc.

Copy-trading was adapter one. Protocol enforcement is the primitive.

Before USDC moves, Shadow checks the committed mandate, writes an ALLOW/BLOCK receipt, and keeps the enforcer bonded on objective behavior.

- USDC ALLOW/BLOCK receipts
- bonded enforcer

No claimed Uniswap/Morpho partnership yet. This is the protocol-facing adapter proof for design-partner conversations.
