@sirl13_@NuCaloric Try 47k and about 200k. I haven’t seen D2 drop below 100k. And if the numbers go up on Steam they’re definitely rising on PlayStation and XBox.
@giancar73012035 They reduced their servers most likely due to the lack of players. Too many up at the same time costs too much money. The issue is they’re probably trying to open more servers but it’s causing problems. Guarantee this will happen in Destiny on the 9th.
@Hollowtide Are they though? It’s normal for servers to go down on a launch at Bungie. Guarantee it’s a problem with their coding, they’re not very good at it these days. But could also be DDoSSing.
@Masyn0Winn@kolekhof@Sonny_hnt@Bugzvii Exactly and for some reason they’re putting the MOST POPULAR of the two away. There’s no more sense at Bungie or Sony. All the sensible people are being laid off…
@giancar73012035 All the errors are server related. You can look them up on their website. Has nothing to do with a DDoS attack, though I wouldn’t put that thought away. But this is pretty normal on a Bungie launch day. It’s just bad because they haven’t figured out how to fix it yet.
@J9AraAra@LuxintN7@MacticsG1 It’s funny people left but didn’t really leave. It’s because the game stopped having great content that could be grinded for months like we used to have it. There was just no incentive to play. People gave recommendations and ideas, and Bungie just ignored everyone.
@J9AraAra@skzddy@Chrisb8343@MacticsG1 Notice people don’t really care if it’s Bungie that makes it. Personally I don’t want the Bungie we have now to make it.
@lupusfilm@Blade2O2O@samikatplays We were, guess where all the money went? To an extraction shooter that can barely hold more than 50k players across all platforms. We cared and Bungie higher ups spat in our faces every-time.
