Halo is so well-designed it can run on a smartphone. I tested Halo Alpha on a Samsung S24 Ultra with Termux and a TinyLlama 1.1B model. The node is live and responding. 🧵👇

The node announced itself on the network. It works. 📱 Halo doesn't require powerful servers or dedicated GPUs. Even a phone can contribute to the network.

• Installed Termux on Android.

• Installed proot-distro and Debian.

Installed Ollama in Debian.

Downloaded and imported TinyLlama 1.1B (638 MB).

Configured Halo to use the model.

Created the wallet and started the node.

No GPU, no dedicated server. Just a smartphone.
