True that everyone wants this, but I got the sense that these have moved from “nice-to-haves” to top priority…previously technical skill/knowledge were top priority.

Also, high-agency now means more about being able to think and solve problems at a high-level, whereas the past “self-starter” just meant “doesn’t ask questions at every turn.”
