@YourSSE for 18mths I have been on calls, raised several complaints with customer service regarding my smart meter not working. On the 29th July I was told an engineer would call on the morning of the 31st August to fit a new one. Surprise, not happened! No response to complaint!
@YourSSE @SSE still awaiting response to my complaint regarding a smart meter not working since you fit it two years ago, was supposed to finally come on 31st to replace, no show, told it wasnโt a confirmed appointment at your end and I have to now wait til end of October!
@NeenyT80@lpeg1998 @YourSSE I raised a complaint back in September last year after my smart gas meter has not worked since fitted Aug 2019, since then I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and fobbed off each time with promise of resolve no response. Iโve just gone to ofgem.

@Joanna1908@LucyChild11@HM_Passport No news on delivery yet. Mine didnโt go to processing. Just from documents received on the 29th to approval today. Iโll keep you updated.
