I recently subscribed to your World Cup Pack based on your explicit advertisements claiming that matches would be viewable in 4K resolution. However, after making the payment, I was informed that your sports content is not available in 4K, that mobile streaming is capped at 720p, and that desktop streaming is restricted to SD quality.
This is a clear instance of misleading and unfair trade practices, which misrepresent the quality of services provided to consumers. I request that you resolve this issue immediately by providing the promised service or process a full refund for my subscription.
Please note that if this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) regarding this deceptive marketing.

Why am I paying ₹799 and getting a maximum streaming quality of only 720p HD? Your advertisements and promotional banners prominently showcase 4K/UHD, creating a clear expectation for consumers.
If 4K is not actually available under the subscribed plan or on supported content, this should be disclosed clearly and prominently not hidden in fine print.
I urge @JoshiPralhad@jagograhakjago@consaff and the concerned consumer protection authorities to take strict action & note of such potentially misleading advertising practices.
