सूचना मिली है कि प्रोमोशन मिल��े के बाद भी वर्षों तक पोस्टिंग नहीं देने और फिर उनमें से चार पुलिस अधिकारियों को सेवानिवृत्ति से मात्र 24 घंटे पहले डीएसपी पद पर पोस्टिंग दे दी गई। यह व्यवस्था का मज़ाक नहीं तो और क्या है?

दूसरी ओर, JPSC के माध्यम से चयनित 7वीं से 10वीं बैच के 39 डीएसपी आज भी पदस्थापन की प्रतीक्षा में हैं। हेमंत जी, आपने अक्टूबर 2023 में इन्हें जनता की सेवा के लिए समर्पित तो कर दिया, लेकिन इनकी पोस्टिंग करना शायद भूल गए। प्रशिक्षण पूरा कर चुके इन युवा अधिकारियों के कंधों पर डीएसपी का तमगा तो है, पर कार्य इन्हें इंस्पेक्टर का ही करना पड़ रहा है।
