@SusanJankowsk10 @DrSyedHaider The sourdough takes watching, stretching, and steps through the day. The yeast version you mix, let set, then bake… it’s super easy, but sourdough has more flavor and is easier to digest. Einkorn flour is the only thing I have found for bread that my husband likes and can eat.

@SusanJankowsk10 @DrSyedHaider My children don’t like the sourdough, but will eat the loaf made with yeast. It is uglier but lighter. The sourdough loaves with einkorn make a heavier loaf, almost like Russian black bread.

@JoelBrownMD Satire here or not, this is (seriously) being communicated via social media. There are things being pushed that damage and separate us. Encouraging vague and inaccurate communication while redefining established, previously understood vocabulary, is not ok. It hurts everyone.

@ZubyMusic @JoelBrownMD My husband and I met one, August Kreis, in rural PA. He had us feeling pretty uncomfortable. We are white. Hate is frightening though. No one is safe with a hater. I think if more people met real white supremacists they would not lightly apply the label. 😬
