@Kloberian @LBC They do not always report when compulsory, and there’s huge court cases to prove that.
And anyway why should that make a difference?
It should ALWAYS be reported, they should ALWAYS be removed from congregations, and the congregations ALWAYS informed, so kids can be kept SAFE!
