@krishmd So must be thru accidental puncture of subclavian artery and thru that to AV and LV. Wouldn't that have been picked in post procedure ECG 3 years ago?
@krishmd Surgical revision/lead extraction given that patient hasn't had any adverse outcome such as stroke so far. If too frail to touch, then anticoagulation.
