My grandpa, Mr. J. C. Chavravarty, retired chief EAR Indian navy, 1965. Sir, his two pension accounts, 1. Navy, 2.Civil Defense with BOI. Without prior intimation bank has frozen both accounts since past 3 months. Made several failed communication with the bank.
