@GeorgeSessions Bissouma is the answer’ now I see and hear on various podcasts and print media this week…he’s had about 8 managers at Spurs and no one was convinced by him and also consistantly let down by him with regards on field performances and off the field activities…
@vkon1 Absolutely, I´d get behind this. Ben Davies with Ryan Mason beside him. Spurs fan´s would get behind them and not hold them responsible if the worst happens...
@ItWasPod Another fantastic podcast series guys, loved this. Is there any video documentary´s of this story apart from the ´Two Escobar´s´....if not, you guys should think of doing it ??
@vkon1 Thought Igor handled it very well, not his biggest fan…not sure I want him to stick around much longer. But got the best performance out of the team in months tonight…and the Sky reporter was a muppet, trying to wind him up to get a reaction…he did well today 👏
@JackPittBrooke Jack, U know well if he was given the job and had a couple of bad results, the vibes would be is that the players don’t respect him, that he never played football to any decent level and would be hounded out of there. Best that he gets out there and proves himself and comes back
@MrCracknell@NickJWReilly This was based on his whole career at Spurs….There can’t be many Spurs fans defending Darren Andertons attendance record for Spurs, who witnessed it at the time….😂. I loved the guy, could’ve been one of the greats !
@MrCracknell@NickJWReilly According to ChatGPT, he had a 57 % availability rate over his Spurs career….suggesting he deserved his ‘Sicknote’ tag…which tallies with how I remember him. A fantastic player, but ultimately very frustrating…due to injury record
