@savo_alex I think that other counties have shown both successes and failures when it comes to universal health care. I do think that the US needs a solution to the lack of overall health care coverage but I find myself questioning if universal health care would be best option. #PBH710
@ParthJo47463131 The slowing rate of overall health care spending in the US is hopeful. If the US is able to keep up with the slower growth hopefully we can reach a point when we see no yearly increase in spending, as the per capita cost of health care is already so high. #PBH710
@Aimaiti1 I think many times when it comes to mental health in particular we forget how important exercise is, even if it is just a 30 minute walk each day. It is also important to realize that the answer is not always medications but instead can be daily exercise to help improve mood.
@monetdugan Tackling the stigma surrounding depression and mental health in the US is certainly a task that needs to be pushed to the front of the agenda. I think that it would be useful to try to find new medications but it certainly will not solve the problems of communication and stigma.
