1. We are all adults. It is extremely difficult—if not impossible—to change someone’s mindset or stereotype once it has been shaped by their environment, personal experiences, perceptions, and media influences. That is why I stopped trying to do so a long time ago.
2. Only people who grew up or have lived in that country are truly in the best position to speak about it. They understand their own past and present, what they have been through, and what conditions are like now. Meanwhile, some outsiders have never even been to China, yet casually comment on other countries based solely on their own imagination—speaking in a condescending manner while living in their own white-supremacist fantasy.
