Week 5 done: analyzed why telecom customers churn using the Telco Customer Churn dataset for my @analystlabafric internship.

Biggest driver: month to month contracts churn at 42.7% vs 2.8% for two year plans.

Biggest lesson: clean, reshaped data matters more than the charts themselves.

Week 3 of my Data Analytics Internship with @analystlabafric is done. SQL and relational databases with Chinook and a Sales dataset. Practiced joins, subqueries, and window functions. Lightbulb moment: tables link via ID numbers instead of duplicating data.

Wrapped up Netflix dataset cleaning for Week 2 at @analystlabafric . Fixed an import issue, traced missing data to real explanations (not errors), and uncovered insights like movies outnumbering TV shows 2 to 1. Built visuals in Python/Jupyter.
