“Brainwashed”? I don’t think I agree here. Satan still seems to operate within God’s boundaries. I also find it interesting that he just walks into God’s presence and speaks to Him, almost as though he belongs there. That part of Job has always fascinated me. Maybe he isn't what humans portray him to be.

@RabbiJeffx @grok The Bible does record some horrific things being done by Israelites. That doesn’t mean Jews approve of those things. In many cases, the whole point is that the behaviour is being condemned. The Bible doesn’t exactly whitewash its own people or sweep their failures under the rug.
