We proudly stand with all people living with HIV, today & every day. #WorldAIDSDay2025
Everyone deserves inclusive SRHR services, information that is accessible & communities free from stigma & discrimination.
Health, dignity & equality are not privileges they are rights.
On Day One of #EUHoMsinAlbertine, our #TeamEurope 🇪🇺Ambassadors met the Hoima City political & administrative leadership & enjoyed discussions on the importance of the Albertine Graben as a region of significant cultural diversity, environmental importance & 🇺🇬tourism potential.
Mental health matters for everyone including youths with disabilities.
Your voice matters. Your feelings are valid. Seeking support is strength not weakness. Let’s create safe, inclusive spaces where every young person can heal, grow & thrive without stigma.

✨Under European Union stars in the beautiful garden of our Ambassador @JanSadek's Residence, #EuropeDay 2026 was celebrated in style as Uganda & the EU marked 50 years of partnership.
The event was graced by more than 700 distinguished guests celebrating #EUandUganda50 🇪🇺🫶🇺🇬.
The EU-Uganda Partnership is strong and enduring 🇪🇺🇺🇬🇩🇰 🤝
Yesterday I was privileged to join @JanSadek & #TeamEurope to celebrate Europe Day 2026 & 50 years!
Thanks for a magic night @EUinUG 🙏
PS great to be in Photo Booth with colleagues from @IcelandinUganda 😉
Deeply honoured that H E Vice President @jessica_alupo joined us for Europe Day - for the third time. Her warm recognition of EU-Uganda achievements in trade, agriculture, energy, #GlobalGateway & education and across government, business & civil society was truly appreciated.
As @EUinUG celebrates 50 years of partnership with Uganda, I join a panel discussion reflecting on how to keep partnership strong & inclusive to the needs of PWD.
Youth with disabilities must not only be consulted but actively represented in leadership & decision-making spaces.
Ongoing: Live discussions with youth delegates from the @EU_YSBUg as they commemorate five decades of partnership between the European Union and Uganda.
The dialogue also highlights opportunities to strengthen collaboration, address existing gaps, and advance a more inclusive and impactful partnership for the next generation.
This month, we’re sending love to everyone navigating life in their own way
…those who are struggling silently,
…those who are healing,
…those who feel alone,
…those who keep trying,
…and those who don’t yet have the words.
Wherever you are in your journey, you are seen and you are not alone.

May you check in with yourself.
May you speak what you feel.
May you find strength in reaching out.
May you give your mind the care it deserves.
May you remember that healing is not a race.
May this month remind you that your mental health matters, every single day. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth
