@hugh_reeve @sean_key @askmygp Thanks for the insight. Our wait times were only a few days, slightly longer for preferred GP, then we merged and sent wait times up. Getting down to about 8 days now. I'd like it less, as have seen less demand with more availability (if that makes sense)
