@saks HORRENDOUS customer service even speaking to a supervisor. Not able to EXCHANGE a holiday gift sweater (too small) for a more EXPENSIVE sweater. I bought it Dec 8, today is Jan 27. Only company in America that can’t offer a good customer a one time reprieve.
