@aircanada customer service fail. Delayed & damaged my luggage. Didn't deliver it to me within the first 72 hours & now won't take a new delivery address. They told me to pick it up in Paris (6 hours by car) which is impossible when I'm on a ship tmrw. Bravo on the great service.
