@AbdonPallasch @ILComptroller That's factually incorrect. We have numerous outstanding receivables at 1yr+ where in agencies have issued vouchers to comptroller and payments not received. Internal process inefficiency and LEW causes massive delays in issuance of payments to smb vendors.
