@RailwayNorthern@RailMinIndia Hi Team, 12920 is supposed to be arriving at 8:30 pm at NSDL however still it didn't show up and live status also not working. Due to this I'm experiencing monetary loss as I can't cancel it nor can't reschedule my planned things.
@RailwaySeva I've done that and it's been more than 48 hours and still haven't received the full refund for both side even though railway rules mentions that full refund will be processed if train is delayed more than 3hrs. @RailMinIndia@RailwayNorthern please help
@drm_dli@RailwaySeva We weren't able to cancel the departure as shared over tweet and over call as well as at the ticket counter at NSDL. Please process the full refund for both sides. Cause the inconvenience was caused by railway and I'm requesting for the rightful compensation.
