@airindiain So here��s what finally happened. I had to go to the physical office where I was told to pay a no show fee which is same as booking a fresh ticket ( so much for the ‘one free change’ claim.). Such an agonising and expensive, experience. Horrible customer service.

@airindiain I did receive a call from customer service the line was transferred to ticketing I was on hold for 10+ mins a lady finally answered the call asked my name and the line was dropped. This was about an hour ago I’m still waiting for a call back.
