@Hermesparcels surprise surprise. Parcel now ‘delayed’ for third day in a row. If the tracking number worked I’d divert my parcel to a recognisable landmark. But as I can’t use this or reach a human being, I’m using Twitter so I can make contact with humans. Is anybody out there?

@Hermesparcels My parcel was due for delivery on 3/2/21, 11am-1pm. It was delayed. Then due for delivery on 4/2/21, 4-6pm. It was delayed. Now due for delivery today 12-2pm, then 1-3pm. Tracking number invalid and I can’t speak to a human. Help me please!
