So my mom has pretty severe arthritis, had multiple surgeries coz of it. She'd been unable to lift her arm past waist level or turn her head more than 45° & in considerable pain for the last few months. Yesterday she had acupuncture, lifting arm 180°, turning head 90°. Amazed
