We wait until beef tenderloin roasts are on sale, at about 11.99 a pound and grab 2 a day for 2 days which is about 100.00 or so each. They are long and vacuum sealed. I cut and season them and he vacuum seals 4 per pack. Date and freeze them. Take out as needed.

@DefiantLs No. Bow because in Canada they make the same as any other min wage worker..I don't tip like I used to at 20 percent or more. Now we tip based on service alone...if amazing we'll do 20 if not, well below.
