@Imsodone61 Agree. My 78 yr old father bought 2 jumpers for mum for Christmas. What he received was absolutely shocking. HE was heartbroken cos he couldn't afford to get anything else. Now they expect him to return them to China & wait god knows how long for a refund. Absolutely disgusting.
@merseyrail Which train had a fault. The cancelled one or the one that took us partway? I used to love travelling by train.... Not anymore. So unreliable, right across the country
@merseyrail any explanation why the 1650 from Lime Street to Ellesmere Port was cancelled or why the Chester train is only going as far as Rock Ferry. Been travelling across the country today is this has been my THIRD cancellation over a few different rail networks. Appalling
@northernassist my train from Windermere to Preston has been cancelled. My ticket specified it was only valid for this train, plus the onward connecting train to Liverpool. What do I do now as the first train isn't running and I won't make the connection at Preston
@merseyrail Thank you Linda. Worst case scenario though, if it IS replacement bus, how much longer does that take than the train, so I can manage my timings
@merseyrail can I please give a shout out to David, one of your staff at Ormskirk Station. Throughout all the chaos at the station this morning, he remained totally calm, helpful and reassuring to everyone. A great example of good customer service
@joetracini Just watched. Cried along with your mum as I get completely how hopeless she feels as my daughter ( same age as you) also has BPD. Bravo for highlighting this so misunderstood illness. I wish you well Joe. Truly xx
