@VivintHome This service is terrible. I’m out of town and my cameras are offline and you can’t reboot unless you are in the home. I’ve had it with this company. I’ve been a customer for over ten years, the customer service (in India) is useless and you have to pay $99 for inhome assistance.
@SouthwestAir this gate agent shamed me for needing a wheelchair to board my flight from TPA. When I approached to say I would need a wheelchair to board she said “you’ve been walking around the airport for 2hrs and you need a wheelchair?” I won’t fly you ever again. #Southwest
@Uber All I want to do is add a stop to my already reserved ride to the airport. Why is that so difficult to accomplish online, be it my phone or home computer?
@MattressFirm The young man that gave me substandard customer service is named Ty & this is @ the
Polaris store. My mother & I each spent $5600 & he was dismissive w/helping me try to obtain replacement remote controls for our mattresses. We will spend our money elsewhere the next time.
@footlocker I've have 4 online GC orders cancelled betwn 4/5-4/12/23. Have called cust serv. Sent twitter msg. They verified card info/billing info/delivery info. No one can offer a solution other than purchasing from a store. I'm old & a cancer survivor & don't want to leave my house.
